How is my order delivered?
Most orders are processed and shipped on the day they are received. You
will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped and your card debited.
You can also return to this web site and login to your account to check the status and
track delivery of your order. The following are our Delivery Targets and should be used only as a
guide:
- New Zealand: orders are sent by overnight Courier and should arrive next work day
(for orders received before 2pm). Some Rural Deliveries may take longer. Your signature
will be required on delivery
- Outside New Zealand: orders are shipped by International Air Mail which generally takes 5
to 12 working days.
All Nicotine Gum orders are shipped by Courier Track & Trace and your signature will be required on delivery.
I have not received my order yet?
There are many reasons why your order has not yet arrived including payment was
declined or delays in shipping or at local Customs. If you believe your order has been
delayed or is overdue, please contact us immediately. Remember, we can only contact you if
we have your correct e-mail address.
