HCA
Hydroxycitric Acid, is extracted from a rare fruit grown in South East Asia called Garcinia Cambogia, more commonly known as a fat fighting fruit.
HCA has been shown to reduce appetite, inhibit fat synthesis and decrease body weight without stimulating the central nervous system. When foods are eaten carbohydrates are digested and broken down into glucose. Molecules that are not immediately utilised are stored in the body's liver and muscles as glycogen or are converted into fat with the help of an enzyme called ATP-citrate lyase.
