Purpose:
Lamisil products are used to treat fungal (tinea) infections of the skin such as athletes foot, "jock itch", and ringworm, pityriasis and candida skin infections.

Active Ingredients:
Terbinafine hydrochloride1% (w/w)

Also contains:
sorbitan monostearate, cetyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, isopropyl myristate, sodium hydroxide, purified water, and the preservative benzyl alcohol

General:
Some people may experience redness, itchiness or a stinging sensation in the areas where Lamisil has been applied. Although these symptoms are normally harmless, you should nevertheless tell your pharmacist if they occur, as you may be experiencing an allergy to Lamisil. If your pharmacist confirms you are suffering an allergy to Lamisil, you should stop using it.

Warnings:
Lamisil skin products should not be used by people who are allergic to the drug terbinafine or to any other ingredient in the products
Experience with using Lamisil in children is limited. Therefore, the use of Lamisil in children is not usually recommended.
It should not usually be used by pregnant women or those who are trying to become pregnant, unless on your doctor's advice.
You should not use Lamisil if you are breastfeeding
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes
Store below 25°C

Dosage:
Apply the cream to the affected skin and to the area surrounding the affected skin. Use only a thin layer of the cream and rub it in lightly.
If you need to apply the cream between your toes, fingers or buttocks, under breast or armpit, or in the groin region, the area may be covered with gauze after applying the cream. This is particularly useful at bedtime.

How long you need to apply Lamisil cream depends on your condition:
Athletes Foot (tinea pedis) - 1 week (twice daily) or 2 to 4 weeks (once daily)
Ringworm, jock itch - 1 to 2 weeks
Candidiasis of the skin - 1 to 2 weeks
Pityriasis versicolour - 2 weeks
