Blis K12 Fresh Breath Kit is suitable for adults and children over 3 years of age. A maximum daily dose is four lozenges and represents 3g of carbohydrate per day

Day 1 and every 7th day afterwards, activate mouthwash by mixing CD1 and CD2 together. Set aside for 5 minutes

Brush teeth and floss as usual

Use provided tongue cleaner to gently scrape tongue free of bacterial buildup

Rinse mouth with activated mouthwash for 30 seconds, spit out - do NOT swallow!
