Dosage:
One dose is equal to one heaped spoonful mixed with water or juice
When started within 24 hours of completing an antibiotic course, use four doses spread throughout the day over three days to quickly restore the body's beneficial bacteria
For people susceptible to intestinal flora disturbances, it may be taken during a course of antibiotics. Use 1 to 2 doses a day, and upon completion of the antibiotic course, complete the above three-day course
For use in any ongoing conditions, use a single dose per day
For infants and children under 3 years of age, the dose measure may be halved
