Why are fatty acids important ?
Essential fatty acids are vital components of every cell in the body and are extremelyimportant for vision, hearing and brain function. A large proportion of the brain iscomposed of the fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA). DHA isrequired for normal nerve cell and eye membranes; AA is required for normal transmissionof messages along nerves and for the laying down of memory.

Dosage:
In order to replicate research findings it is recommended that adults and children 5 yearsand over should take 8 capsules daily for the first 12 weeks, after which the dose may behalved. Children under 5 should be given 4 capsules daily, which can be halved after 12 weeks.
