Purpose:
Benefiber is a powder that dissolves completely in liquids and soft foods without altering the taste and without thickening. It does not contain any fat or cholesterol. And because you add it to your existing diet it won't disrupt your eating habits

Dietary Fibre: partially hydrolyzed guar gum (100%) - Gluten Free. Should be stored at controlled room temperature 20-25C and protected from moisture. 3/4 tablespoon (4g) contains 3 grams of dietary fibre
Dosage:
Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber Powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. Users should start by taking 3/4 tablespoon (4g) per day and gradually increase intake after several days as required. This will allow your system to adjust to a higher fibre intake
